Yes, a deposit is required to secure all appointments. This is deducted from your total on the day. For bridal bookings, a higher deposit is required to hold your wedding date. Full details are provided at the time of enquiry.
Your trial and consultation is a relaxed, dedicated appointment to explore your bridal look. We'll discuss your vision, try different styles, and finalise the look you'll wear on your wedding day. It usually lasts around 2–2.5 hours.
Yes. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before your first brow treatment. This is a safety requirement that applies to all clients, including those who have had brow treatments elsewhere. Please don't book without completing a patch test.
Yes, Kelsey is available for travel to your venue or wedding morning location. A travel fee applies depending on distance. Please mention your location when enquiring so she can provide accurate availability and pricing.
Bridal makeup typically takes 60–90 minutes. If there are additional members of the bridal party, Kelsey will work with you to plan a morning schedule so everything runs smoothly and on time.
Brow lamination typically lasts 6–8 weeks. Semi-permanent brows (microblading and machine brows) usually last 12–18 months depending on skin type and aftercare. A touch-up appointment is recommended after 6–8 weeks for semi-permanent treatments.
